One-Off and Batch Part Processing

We have specialised in the processing of powder-pressed parts, so called sinter parts in large quantities and with high precision.
Our own tool manufacture creates the necessary processing machines all from one source, and guarantees controlled production. First-sample test reports, machine-capability examinations and checks by means of Cpk-values are a given for us.

The following processing types are possible:

• Honing, e.g. gears with finished dimension Ø10M8 (+0.001/-0.021)
• Turning
• Reaming
• Drilling and deburring, e.g. bushings Ø12H8 (+0.027), Ø 6 (+/-0.05)
• Circular cylindrical grinding
• Face grinding
• Thread cutting
• Completion of prefabricated products made of graphite
